Pre-launch announcement.

On 10th May, the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime will convene a meeting relating to "cybercrime" at which it will discuss a range of topics.

The topics are, mostly, those that I discussed first in an academic paper in 1999 (The Use and Abuse of the Internet in Financial Crime) and expanded upon in my book "Cleaning up the 'net" published in 2015.

The UNODC meeting has spurred me to convert that book into an e-learning course (non-examinable) and to add to it and to update relevant parts of it. The paperback has now been withdrawn from sale.

That course will be published on or about 10th May 2021.
